Yes, words are failing me on this one, but for those who understand this leather armor jacket from Margiela, we applaud you. “An individual, handcrafted piece made from 100% leather that was treated in-house to create a vintage effect. The leather was then cut into strips by hand and braided . Please handle with care- specialist clean only.” On the pricey side: $12,000. Oki-ni (of course).

This is the last straw Selectism. You’re not living up to your name. Goodbye from my RSS.
I have no words, I never seen anything like that in my life (I’ve been working in retail the last 20 years) . Aboslutely ridiculous.
I hope not Exselectism. We only push it every once in a while. We also admit it is clearly a drastic turn for our posts. Forgive us!
This is ridiculous. Haha. Who the fuck would buy this at that price? Anyways. I see nothing wrong with a post like this. Its just entertainment to me, plus I wouldn’t have ever came across something this ridiculous if it wasn’t for Selectism and I thank you.
I know at least 10 people who will buy that, not to wear it, thou. Just think of it as piece of art, not something that will put on casual Saturdays. oki-ni deserves the credits for taking risk of buying it at the first place.
Unwearable, but undeniably cool. There’s a third generation knockoff of this concept somewhere in my future.
@ kiKo
That’s so true.. At least give Oki-ni some credits for pushing items like these. I wonder who would dare to buy this and I really want to know why?
FUGLY
looks way different when styled up…

i just don’t think the eye likes to see peek-a-boo skin.
Personally, I think Conan the Barbarian looked better in it.
Oki-Ni you have my vote – http://www.comedycentral.co.uk
Kiko – I applaud you and your fellow psychiatric patients.
