Hasso Accessories

Hasso, the company we featured a while back, have made some new products. While some were expected (who’d have thought a bag company would make new bags?) but they’ve also launched an unexpected foray into the shoe arena. The shoes (pictured after the leap) are handsome, even if they’re not crushing new ground. Elsewhere there’s messenger bags, new backpacks (as you can see) and the aforementioned shoe-y goodness.

We never thought we’d find the making of a string version of the London Underground so beguiling, but here we are. Three minutes well spent.

Perks and Mini Cord Jacket

It’s the wrong time for us to looking at anything corduroy but here we are. We do like the thought of this jacket (especially the buttons) but we’re also sweating at the prospect of wearing one in spring. Perhaps it’s one for the folks who like to buy ahead. (Someday)

Another day, another floral print piece of clothing. This one’s a little more subtle than other attempts we’ve seen – while we like the George Harrison look, it’s not for everyone – so it’s wearable enough for those still unsure about this trend. By the way, isn’t it nice that we can call things a trend rather than a ‘movement’ or some other silly overstatement? (Opening Ceremony)

Selectism - closed-blazer-02

While we wholeheartedly endorse sweatpants, we concede that they’re not suitable for every situation. So here’s a nice looking blazer for you guys who are on the fix up, look sharp tip. It looks nice and all, but judging from the mannequin, you may have to get the sleeves shortened. All about the details. (Matches)

Siki Im Sheer Jacket

Selectism - siki-im-sheer-jacket-01

We wouldn’t usually put something up purely for joke purposes, but this sheer jacket was too hard to pass up. For a mere £959 you can wear a jacket that’s see through and has a high probability of snagging on anything with a sharp edge. Maybe Kanye will wear one at his next gig? (speaking of that, we hope that Celine blouse sparks a trend of rappers wearing womenswear collections at their shows. It’d be the most hilarious trend ever) (Farfetch)
