Sanders ‘Olly’ Brogues

Selectism - sanders-suede-brogue-01

If, like us, you’ve spotted those McNairy brogues with the extra chunky sole and thought ‘I like them, but I wonder if the sole could be trimmed down a tad?’ Well look no further. These Sanders are nearly identical to the aforementioned brogues, just with a little lopped off the bottom, avoiding the platform feel of a super chunky sole. (Sanders)

  1. Headless Hawk:

Does anyone else think it’s lame how McNairy calls his shoes ‘McNairy’ when actually they’re made by Sanders? You don’t see the The Bureau calling their (excellent) custom order Tricker’s ‘Bureau’. I don’t know, it just doesn’t stack up to my mind. Does he literally just say ‘gimme that one in green and beef the sole up a bit’, and then charge another £50+ for them because they have his name. on? I’m really struggling to see what he really has to offer. They’re all classic styles anyway.
