We’re reticent to proclaim anyone the new anything, but we’ve noticed that Raf Simon’s sneaker options have been looking better and better while Lanvin, the previous holder of the designer high-top title, have been in a slump. We’re also sure that there’s a ’stay strapped’ hip hop reference to be made somewhere, but we’re too lazy to think of one. (Oki-Ni)

Last week, Denim Demon launched the brand’s first official webstore. With that, we’re able to take a more complete look at the Stockholm-based label’s full collection, which extends beyond denim to include a strong collection of outerwear and sweaters.

For those that like modern work wear cut denim, but are looking for something more appropriate for Summer, the Jahha Chino might be the ticket. The pant is constructed of cone mills fabric with nice details like a talon zippered back pocket and Denim Demon’s signature horn button fastening the other rear pocket.

At this point everybody knows about the Jack Purcell. Bonafide shoe classic and all that jazz, but you may not have it in this ‘vachetta’ colour. And, as we all know, a different colourway is the perfect excuse to buy the same trainer more than once. (Albam)

We covered this back during the flurry of tradeshows so it’s only right we look at it now it’s in stores. Our issue with white tote bags (or white bags in general) is that they’re that much harder to keep clean. Thankfully Soulland have made the bottom tan leather, meaning you won’t have to worry when you’re putting your bag down. The Junya Watanabe collection has an amazing array of pieces. One garment that looks to be a classic for the designer is the “High Density Jacket.” The jacket comes in navy and has a “coated cotton” finish with a “corduroy folded collar.” The jacket offers three pockets and button cuffs on the sleeves. The entire garment is made of 100% cotton and is dry clean only. Another solid installment from designer Junya Watanabe. American Rag has it.

Azita Store shows us their recent Vibskov piece for SS11. The “Microrganism Tee” comes in a grey colorway and has a finely designed graphic of a blown up photo of what seems to be an actual organism. A solid piece for Summer and Spring.
