3Sixteen’s Summer shirting takes Japanese fabrics – sunwashed chambrays and lightweight madras fabrics – and applies some good old fashioned made in the USA craftsmanship. Unique pocket details, like bar tacked stress points for added strength, give each shirt individual appeal. For example, the short sleeve USN Shirt, balances a traditional button pocket with a right side pocket featuring vertical stitches to accommodate pens and other small accessories. It’s the little things, like pocket thought, that keeps us interested in 3Sixteen season to season.

Pink, Juventus’ original home color before the switch to black and white stripe, returns for the Turin club’s away matches in 2011/2012. Juventus has hit or miss success with their pink strips – the BBC calling a mid-90s version one of “the worst football kits of all time.” The contemporary style features a bold black star, and is delightfully aggressive in overall aesthetic. It’s a rare occasion we get to use the word apocalypse when talking about a tee. In fact, we get to use the word apocalypse so rarely that we’re tempted to start saying apocalypse too much in this post. This apocalypse desert tee is probably a play on apocalypse now, which was a great film that used the word apocalypse. On a sidenote, it’s on sale and it’s organic cotton. And it’s apocalyptic*.
