De Stijl Magazine Available as PDFs

This find via Erik Speikermann’s Twitter has made my day. De Stijl, Dutch for “The Style” was published from 1917-1920 as a document to the Dutch-founded artistic movement which ran from 1917-1930. Published by Theo van Doesburg, “De Stijl” is considered an essential document of the time.

It was also the name of the publication by “Dutch painter, designer, writer, and critic Theo van Doesburg.” You can now find every issue of the “De Stijl” in PDF format.
