Unbound Publishing – Tibor Fischer

unbound book 01 Unbound Publishing Tibor Fischer

It’s Nice That alert us to Unbound, a rather interesting concept in independent publishing. The spirit of consumer participation in mind, the idea is relatively simple: “Authors pitch their ideas directly to you. If you like what you read, you can pledge your support to help make the book happen. Everyone who supports an author before they reach 100% of the funding target gets their name printed in every edition of that book”.

Their latest release is a double bill from Tibor Fischer ‘Possibly Forty Ships’ and ‘Crushed Mexican Spiders’, two dark tales to squash any remaining Christmas cheer. The reverse/upside down design is a cool touch and it’s hard to argue with a concept that brings reader and author together. Plus it’s nice to see your name in print right.
