House of Billiam for Dover Street Market – Varsity Jackets

House of Billiam has a new “store” opening in Japan’s Dover Street Market in mid-March, and to celebrate they’ve released an exclusive run of eight varsity jackets to sell there, as well as in their London shop. Manufactured in Billiam’s HQ of Hackney, these sons-of-guns boast a range of drill cottons, military prints and Merino wool trimmins.

Best part, however: each one is reversible, meaning, for instance, the sharp navy jacket insides-out into a vintage-looking marsh camouflage jacket. From a brand that strives to appeal to a sense of idiosyncrasy—refining classic garments to “create distinctive silhouettes that allow both stores and individuals to apply their own personality through choices of color, fabric, and detail”—this is a strong showing indeed.
