Some people were incredibly quick off the mark with the iPad cases but, as you’d expect from a company who still make their stuff handmade, Kenton Sorenson have taken their time. This portfolio is much like their laptop portfolio – natural leather, handmade, the whole shebang – and it’ll age just as gracefully. The price is also a (relatively) reasonable $140 too, not that price should be an issue if you’ve got the spare coins for an iPad #jealousandhating. (Context)

So here it is: the first advert for the device that will single-handedly save the publishing industry. We’re a little less convinced of its healing powers than others – if people aren’t willing to fork out for a £12 yearly subscription, they’re not going to pay upwards of £400 for a souped-up version of the same content – but the device is still an interesting one nonetheless.

While the adults in the house enjoy a bit of sparkling this Summer on the terrace, be sure the young ones are not left out. We recommend any variety of sparkling apple juice which should be readily available from most grocery stores. But if you want them to feel a bit more luxurious, find something special like Bom Pommillon and order it from Colette so you can tell them it came special for them from Paris.

Ally Capellino has been collaborating with unusual companies for a while now – first with tate, now with Apple. Most bag companies make products with clothing companies, but Capellino seems to be bystepping them in order to collaborate with companies who need bag makers more than most. Her Apple collab isn’t exactly new – it’s been on sale on the Apple store for at least a month – but these sleeves won’t be available till April.

As though you did not see it coming. The much speculated Apple 3G iPhone has launched and you can expect a whole host of new features( rumors sites look to have gotten much of it right) – 3G networking, GPS + guided maps, 3rd party applications, global rollout… my favorite feature is the flush headphone jack. No need for those special adapters any longer.

Price? 8GB 199$US and 16GB 299$US. Expect the second coming when this hits stores on July 11th.
