Available now through the J. Crew Liquor Store in NYC and the Hamptons is this belt collaboration with leather goods maker Billykirk (also friend of Selectism). Their collaborative belt is “limited edition [and] handstitched leather with a custom solid brass buckle.” We’re fans, of course. (acquire)

The Billykirk guys do it again with New York’s own Freeman Sporting Club. This time in the from of some lashing devices, better known as belts. FSC has received 50 units of the 9 ounce natural vegetable tanned leather belts, each one hand stitched and finished with brass and nickel buckles. A solid accessory to last you for some time. Pick it up at FSC’s Rivington Street shop in NYC.

A sharp hat tops of a well dressed man (literally). For Fall 2009 Billykirk, maker of fine leather goods, will aid the search for the right Trilby, Bowler or English Walker. Made of felt, with leather band. (via Acquire).

Steamer bags were introduced to the world by Georges Vuitton back in the heyday of rail and steam travel and continues to be an accessory of the fashionable. BIllykirk takes a turn of their own in developing a proper steamer bag. The No.164 “Lucky Break” Steamer is made in the U.S.A. from imported British waxed cotton. The exterior is made from “vintage style mattress ticking and is lined with a light weight canvas.” Available now for $268 from Billykirk.

You remember those great bank bags that Billykirk developed with Freemans Sporting Club not too long ago? Well, the bank bags was not the only collaborative idea to come away from that meeting. Taavo from Freemans is a fan of the bringing the best the classics have to market, in a genuine way. He acquired  a pair of vintage suspenders that were 3/4″ in width - a size that has not been standard in the U.S. suspender world for more than 40 years. He put the Billykirk guys on a mission to make them a reality. After some long hours calling old timers of the industry, they found their supplier for the elastic and hardware in England and the rest is history. We should note that the elastic is dye to color which gives it a very deep and rich look.
