Ro was started in 1999 by New Yorker Yvonne Roe. After graduating from Rhodes School of Design she quickly fell into fashion and after a few years decided to concentrate solely on leather accessories for men and women. She soon uprooted her studio to Recanati in Italy to surround herself with the world’s greatest leather craftsmen and the best quality hides and fabrics. It paid off, this coated grey herringbone oxford briefcase a prime example of her dedication to simplicity and quality.

We’ve seen a couple of flat pack bags about town before, but not a flat pack briefcase, until now obviously. Designed by Makio Hasuike, it unzips fully around the perimeter, turning it into a flatpack design. We’re not sure why you’d need a flatpack briefcase – it’s not like they take up that much space – but if you’re a stickler for putting things away neatly, this is the bag for you. (MH Way)

If you’re on the hunt for a cream briefcase (and who isn’t?) then this Brooks Brothers one should be up your alley. Obviously, giving it’s creamy appearance, it’s not suitable for an office, but it’s just fine for all you creative types out there. (Brooks Brothers)

A simple and classic bag from England’s Chapman line of bags. Their “Border Briefcase” is a very clean look.  Some notes: “one main compartment with flap, adjustable straps with clogballs and buckles, two exterior bellows pockets with poppered flaps” and reinforced leather base corners. Here’s a bag for all you folks who have to follow a certain dress code at code (i.e. 98% of you). ALKR have been bringing out the colourful cases and laptop bags for a good while now, but they’ve gone a bit more subdued on their new briefcase.
