Continuing the London menswear theme, here’s a look at Christopher Shannon’s show from yesterday. If you have a love for the quilted, the sporty, or the quilted and sporty, then this show is for you. We’d like to pick a favourite piece, but there’s too much to choose from. Instead we’re gone with sixteen looks we’re enamoured with, take a leap to see them. (GQ)
We recently – or not so recently – caught up with Christopher Shannon at London Fashion Week. We managed to get some time with him backstage just after the show, where we asked him about the show, his dislike of post-show interviews and his aunt’s cafe.
Dadwear fans look away now: this one isn’t for you. This is a backpack, but not the kind you usually see over the interwebz. For one, This is in a so-loud-it’s-deafening white and it’s made from PVC, which we understand isn’t one of those ‘rugged’ materials everyone’s clamouring for right now. To put it simply, this is one for the folks who don’t want to be swapping style tips with their dad just yet. Sometimes it’s best to dress your age, not your suit size. (ASOS)
Christopher Shannon delivers some paneled shirt looks for Spring. The coloring is marked at the anteroposterior axis of the shirt. I love the Grey/Blue and the Navy/Blue/Light Grey looks but the choice is yours. Available now from c-store.

Here’s one for the folks who like their shirts with a difference. Christopher Shannon has been been making waves on the fashion side of things for a while but his clothes also translate into ‘real’ life rather well. Take this panelled shirt for example, it’s not too crazy, not too expensive and, as shown, would work well with some worn-in denim. (C Store)
