Turning 75 years this year, Lacoste celebrates the heritage of the brand and its world of Sport Elegance, created by the founder Rene Lacoste, by re-editing the the first crocodile designed by Robert George, Lacoste’s friend.

The polo shirt comes with a large size crocodile embroidery on the chest tonal. It is available now in black and white at the Colette Online Store.

A few weeks ago Colette for the first time allowed an artist to give their website a different look. Krink was the first one to do so. Now the site design changed once again, as Kuntzel & Deygas gave it their own special look.

We recently reported about the on-going collaboration between Speedo and Comme des Garcons. Colette has now released two of the latest swim shorts in their online store.

Jeremy Scott got together for the second time with French bag company Longchamp. Once again they collaborate on the classic Longchamp folding bag. This time it comes with a new footprint design. The bag is now available for 175 Euros in the Colette online store.

This past week we came across a new site with a very interesting concept in music – Awdio. To sum it up, through their service you can listen to music being played in shops, clubs, bars, fashion hotels, restaurants in real time.

A great concept. Instead of listening to specific songs, you can choose the environment/place where you know music that you enjoy is being played. Seeing Colette in the mix also totally makes sense! It will be interesting to see where they go with the concept and if they add video any time soon!

It is not the first time that we come across furniture made with skateboard parts, but the Skate Study House collection is for sure the most interesting and impressive one to date.

Skate Study House, modern design classics remastered with skateboards. It’s a collection by Pierre-André Senizergues and Gil Le Bon de Lapointe. Colette will be showcasing their work as of January 28th.

Everybody has seen a chair made with skatedecks, but the concept is taken much further here. Many famous Vitra pieces, including the Eames chairs get translated into the skateboarding world. Definitel worth checking out!

Our favorite shop in Paris has to be Colette. Its diversity, selection and sense of everything is just always appealing. No matter if you want the latest t-shirt, book, cd, jewelry or Gucci bag, you can be sure they will have it before everybody else.

For the holiday season they have introduced some nice collectors shopping bags, designed by NYC artist Kaws. We have also been a big fan of the artist since a couple of years, so here is just another reason to hit up Colette, not that you need one though!

Together, Longchamp and Michel Gaubert have imagined and developed a  mini collection with the aim of meeting the technical, practical and creative needs of a talented sound designer’s specific lifestyle de talent or for all those whose life revoles around music and the digital world in general.

The MG by Longchamp collection, is on sale exclusively at Colette from 3rd December 2007 and in Longchamp boutiques end January 2008 onwards.

8 pieces make up this mini collection, dedicated to the world of music. All these products are in a coated cotton canvas trimmed in cowhide leather. This exclusive graphic print is available in black or white.

A nice collection with pieces for all purposes. You can find the smaller pieces in the Colette online store, otherwise you have to pass by the store!

Geneviève Gauckler and Medicom once again get together and this time bring to life a new character by the artist – fuzzy Pierre. From 1D to 3D, Pierre the funny doll, now came to life and is available at Colette.

We have seen lots of merchandise with the Colette mascots in the past including clothing, bags, Bearbricks and now they bring the Caperino & Peperone Candle Set. The box set consists of overall 3 candles – Stromboli, Paris and Tokyo.
