Here’s a look at Damir Doma’s SS10 diffusion line, Silent. It’s short and sweet, that’s for sure – only two colourways of one high top exist. But it doesn’t slack on quality, being made from supple leather and easing up on the over embellishment. Available from Oki-Ni soon.

Whilst 99% of Damir Doma’s is available in the western hemisphere, here’s one piece we can only find in Japan. Doma has used this pattern before on blazers, but we think it’s put to better use on this bomber jacket. A jacket like this would ensure you wouldn’t need to try too hard with the rest of the outfit; just put on a polo (like the one we just reccomended!), some chinos/cords/jeans and trainers and you’re good to go. Dazed Digital puts us onto the news that Damir Doma has recently opened a store in Paris. The label has been steadily growing for a while now, so it’s no surprise that they’ve recently made the leap to their own store. Like most flagship stores it also operates as a display of the company philosphy and approach to clothing. The store is located at 6 rue des Arquebusiers, 75003 Paris.

Cork base shoes are some of the most comfortable of shoes. I used to own a pair of slip-on Naots from Israel with a cork footbed that broke in majestically to my comfort. Damir Doma developed a pair of “sneakers” with a cork base and I for one, hope they break-in in the same manner. “The suede’s aged calf leather and the boot has a low heel pull that’s a signature of DD footwear. They come with black cord laces and an extra pair of black leather laces. The shoe has been designed to have as few seams as possible.” Get it now from Oki-ni.
