Selectism - Edsor Opens their Archive at Wood Wood Berlin

Here’s an interesting opportunity for anyone visiting/working/sightseeing/drinking/smoking/hiding/raving in Berlin this Winter. Edsor, the make of fine ties, scarves, and more will open their archives for the public to create their own looks via Wood Wood Berlin. “Now in its fifth generation Edsor continues to create hand-made silk products based on tradition, quality and craftsmanship. Designed in Berlin, produced in Berlin, 100% Italian silk. For the first time ever Edsor opens their fabric archive to the public exclusively at Wood Wood Berlin. Create your own tie, scarf or bow-tie from more than one hundred vintage silk fabric rolls dating from 1974 to 1998.” Edsor runs at Wood Wood Berlin from November 20th through January 2nd, 2010.

woodwood edsor ties Edsor for Wood Wood Neckties

Denmark’s Wood Wood worked with Germany’s EdSor on two great neckties. With 99 years of history behind them, EdSor knows a thing or two about ties, ascots, and anything else you wrap around your neck (literally). Two patterns of the EdSor/WoodWood neckties will be available via Wood Wood shops in Berlin and Copenhagen.
