AHTE. No, we’re not misspelling hate, that stands for ‘all Harris Tweed everything’ – a cause we can all get behind in this day and age. It’s certainly a cause F-Troupe believe, as they’ve released a tweed heavy range for this autumn, which includes these lovely Chukka boots.

As regular readers can tell, we’re into our footwear. It could be trainers, it could be shoes – give us someone to put on our feet and we’ll coo over it like a doting grandparent. We’re big on these chukkas as they’re all those things we go weak for. They’ve got that minimal, sleek, clean thing going on that we like. (Superdenim)

On the heels of opening their first SOHO London shop, F-Troupe releases their new “Made in England” shoe line. The “110-15″ suede black shoe from the line is a lace up with a stitch down welt and EVA wedge sole. The entire shoe is lined in leather and offers a nice slim silhouette that compliments any outfit. The shoe is offered in black, sand, and a tobacco color. All have that really thick sole you love. Available at F-Troupe.

A casual find for a day shoe. This chukka inspired shoe from F-Troupe is finished in navy canvas with a 2 hole laceup. The white rubber sole finishes it off nicely. At 96$US, it’s a nice price. Go buy some music today in your new chukkas. (OakNYC)

Showing for the first time in the U.S., England’s F-Troupe presented at (capsule) this week. We got a look at their Autumn 2009 collection that will be available at Opening Ceremony, among others, come late Summer. The standouts are the faux fur lined, leather boots with zipper detail up the back or a buckle across the top. With almost moccasin like tendencies, the sole has a white thread stitch that appears to have been hand sewn and makes a bold statement against black leather. The line also featured a few pairs of a cream colored suede sneakers with contrasting bold colors on the sole and laces as well as brightly colored basket weave suede high-tops that walk the line between a boot and a sneaker.
