A little exclusive from the guys at Human Made. The label has made its mark since its arrival in the UK, as with all things Nigo related it hasn’t wanted for attention and rightly so. This is repro with a touch of humour and an incredible dedication to the details. Shot at London modernist landmark, Bevin Court, designed by Architect Berthold Lubetkin and formerly the site of Lenin’s home during the early 1900s, photographer Neil Bedford and stylist Craig Ford join forces for a short and simple story highlighting the best of the Autumn Winter collection.

Nepenthes New York highlights various key pieces from their Needles, Engineered Garments and South 2 West 8 mainlines for Autumn/Winter 2011. Photographed in Times Square by Ryan Kibler, the shots help open the experience to this Japanese houses heavily “New York” (or America in general) inspired collection of unstructured tailored looks that while oversized to some extent are constructed from the very best in textiles.

Ozwald Boateng give us a look at what’s new for Autumn / Winter 2011. That slim line you’d expect from OB continues in some impressive suiting, single and double breasted in a variety of luxury fabrics including herringbone, pinstripe and a particularly smart salt n’ pepper wool with a 50s feel. Of course colour makes an important appearance, most notably in fine cashmere and merino knits, the purple rollneck our pick of the bunch. The whole collection feels like an ode to ’slick’.

Paul Smith beats a few to market with their postcard like prints on accessories and bags for Autumn 2011. You’ll see many more of these motifs coming this spring. I’m not exactly sure why someone would want to rock the “Welcome to Las Vegas” laptop or toiletry bag, even with the Paul Smith vehicle in the foreground. There are better options, but if you must, head over to Por Vocacao and pick one up.
