01. Detroit: Bentley Continental GT V8 brings the motor to Motor City

Autoblog previews the forthcoming 2011 Ford Mustang V6. This vehicle holds a special and sad place in my heart. Growing up my father had a 1969 Mustang Mach1 which was promised to become mine when I turned 16. Somehow it did not make it to see my 16th birthday. I didn’t get the freaking car. But maybe that is a good thing as the 2011 model rolls out with even more horsepower. “For 2011, the Blue Oval is introducing a new 3.7-liter V6 Mustang that should give it the firepower and refinement needed to take on Chevrolet’s six-cylinder Camaro and Hyundai’s upstart Genesis Coupe.
