We caught up with Ben Ferencz and Nathan Freeman of Freeman Transport. Based in Montana, they make bikes and accessories by hand in the United States to meet the exacting standards of the traveler. Over the phone we discussed the nuts and bolts of the company and, most importantly, the need to invigorate American manufacture. Read the interview here.

We are pleased to offer a preview of the bike bags from Freeman Transport. Freeman Transport bikes are hand built in Missoula, Montana. The steel frame is completed with S and S couplings, allowing the bike to be broken in half for airline travel. Hence, the need for a quality carrying bag.
