Buzz Rickson’s offer up an excellent gift idea with this USN Watch Cap. They tell us it’s named after sailors keeping watch, presumably in need of some head warming gear for those long nights out on deck. The nearest we’ll ever get to this is hanging around waiting for the night bus but cold ears are cold ears. We’re not going to go on too much about the details, this is Buzz Rickson’s so expect all original features to be present and correct. We could rant and rave but, to put it simply, it’s getting cold out so put a hat on. The cable knit hat has gained some fans over the last few years but we’re still fans of a good ol’ ribbed hat. Especially when it’s in oatmeal, which is this season’s colour. Actually we don’t know if it’s this season’s colour – but anything’s preferable to the onslaught of red hatted hikers we saw last winter. (Superdenim)
