Apparently not satisfied with being producers of amazing shoes, Church’s have started adding luxury leather goods to their collection. Made from lizard, they’ve created wallets, key rings, card holders and coin cases in colours ranging from pretty normal to eye poppingly bright. And we really can’t understate just how eye poppingly bright the bright colours are.

VOYEJ Leather Goods offers simple designs and handmade wallets using “American natural vegetable tanned cowhide”. The character of natural vegetable tanned leather gets better with age. All wallets are hand-stitched using “cow tendon”, and the edge is burnished using beeswax to enhance the durability. Available in five designs consisting of three short wallets (Vessel, Anchor, and Stern) and two medium wallets (Rover and Acadia).

Simple, yet eye catching, Japan’s Vintage Revival Productions solves any quandary about stylishly protecting an iPhone 4. A quartet of leathers is available, from a muted tan to this rather bold orange. The case itself is made of a single piece of cowhide, with snap closure. An area under the closure allows for easy carrying of cash, cards, and train tickets.

With a typically impressive booth build out, the thrust of J. Fold’s Autumn/Winter 2011 offerings comes in the form of a new product line – belts. Philadelphia’s Hammarhead Industries has announced a handsome trio of domestic deerskin (Hammarhead’s first collaborative project). Produced in the USA by James Churchill Glove Company, the VMX Glove has a one piece palm and contrasting trim.

Hammarhead founder James Laughead shares, “Mike Churchill of the James Churchill Glove Company and I have been working on the Hammarhead VMX glove project for six months.  Mike has been an outstanding collaborator and extremely patient with me during the process.  Thanks to his insight and support we now have our final product.  Mike’s father turned up the old leather dies that cut these gloves in the 60’s and 70’s.  The leather trim is a nod to the original rolled leather padding that was subsequently replaced with rubber in the 1970’s.  The gloves are really fun to wear and I have claimed the  penultimate prototype as my daily riders (black/natural).”

Our only  true “American heritage” hit from Project Las Vegas, St. Paul, Minnesota’s own  J.W. Hulme.

What really grabbed us? A striking lambswool wine case. The bags and other leather accessories (including a massive leather Valet and some gorgeous notebooks), continue to carry high premium on time-honored techniques. The results are always handsome, whether it be to carry your worldly goods or the worlds best bottle of bubbly.

French leather works company, Tann’s returns with a new collection of accessories ranging from card cases, wallets, to coin purses and cases. The “Remember” Collection from Tann’s are constructed from high grade suede and calf skin leathers and available now from Colette.

Tanner Goods have been storming the market with no sign of weakness. Their latest satchel bags for this summer feature a newly re-deisgned fastener and closure "modeling it closely after loop and strap systems common in military applications." Available in tan, brown, and black. We’re big fans.

Davidoff is one of those old school Swiss luxury brands that loves the finer things in life: cigars and good cologne. Much of it due to its founder Zino Davidoff’s own father who was a tobacco merchant way way back during the early years of the last century.

To celebrate the life of Mr. Davidoff and the legacy of his company, Davidoff is launching  a new concept in luxury with “Very Zino.” The “Very Zino” collection will feature collaborative engagements with partners in developing Swiss-made watches, leather luggage from Italy, and German writing instruments (or pens depending on how technical we want to get). Its launching in April 2008, just in time for the warm season.

Together, Longchamp and Michel Gaubert have imagined and developed a  mini collection with the aim of meeting the technical, practical and creative needs of a talented sound designer’s specific lifestyle de talent or for all those whose life revoles around music and the digital world in general.
