We’ve spoken about Lot 78 a galaxy ago, but we’ve just been sent their newest collection and whaddya know? We like it. As you’d expect for a company specialising in leather jackets, it’s a noir affair. In fact, we feel a little out of place talking about this now, when we’re generally thinking about linen – that aside, it’s one to keep an eye out for, especially as it’ll be in Barneys come next season.

Leather jackets have been popular ever since the Strokes came out and the look is one that never seems to go out of fashion. Despite this, there’s still a dearth of good quality jackets with innovative designs. Lot 78, a London based brand focusing on leather jackets, have spotted this and decided to create buttery soft jackets using calf skin and designs that aren’t from the Fonzie era.
