The only reason for this post is so we can quote Coming to America. After all, ‘what is this, velvet?’ Yes. Yes it is. This blazer’s so slick it’d be offensive to wear with anything other than your finest pair of shoes. We’re also aware that Moschino aren’t the trendiest brand to name drop at the moment – especially if you’re part of the sprezz set. If anyone asks where this is from, just say it’s a Cuccinelli one off. And mention that you were into him before all these blogs started featuring him, just to really throw them off the scent. We featured these motorcycle helmets a while back now, but as they’re available in Moschino’s online store now we thought we’d take another look. Moschino’s online store only opened recently and as of now, the men’s side is pretty threadbare – although as their men’s collection isn’t much to write home about, it’s not much of a loss. Get the helmets from Moschino.

Italy’s Moschino has been outfitting the masses since 1983, but they may be best known for dressing up the Opening Ceremony of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turino. For Spring 2009, they extend their brand to motorcycle helmets. The Moschino helmets for Spring come in two flavors – a logo helmet, and the more simply stated “Peace and Love” helmet. The images above speak for themselves in term of style. They’re unisex, so please buy two to keep your partner protected. The Moschino helmets are made in Italy and will be available in May 2009.
