Neiman Marcus Edition Hacker-Craft Speedboat

My oh my… that Neiman Marcus Christmas Book continues to delivery some one-of-a-kind gems for the ultra-rich (all of us). Good thing a portion of the money is going to some solid charities. Their Hacker-Craft Speedboat is well out of most people’s range but someone needs to buy it. At $250,000 smackers, this 27-foot solid mahogany speedboat will tip the scales on either end: looking good – paying for it. “For every speedboat sold, Neiman Marcus will make a $3,000 donation to the Double H Ranch” – cofounded by Paul Newman and Charles R. Wood.

More looks after the click.

neiman marcus ducati limited edition Neiman Marcus Ducati Hypermotard

There’s a new Ducati Hypermotard motorcycle featured prominently in Neiman Marcus’ Men’s Autumn Lookbook and its not some typical motorbike. Its a limited edition model made exclusively for (you guessed it) Neiman Marcus. Now, like me, you may be thinking how is this collaboration a fit? Michael Lock, CEO Ducati North America answers this one,”The collaboration of our brands is a natural fit that highlights the strength of design of premium products.”

The Ducati Hypermotard features a “Termignoni full exhaust system with performance ECU, Ducati Performance race seat, a specially designed ‘Tricolore’ color and graphics package and an array of carbon fiber accessories.” Thank Advanced Motorsports, one of the premier Ducati dealerships in North America for putting this together. Production is limited so visit the Men’s Fine Toy section of neimanmarcus.com for more information.

highsnobiety - Karl Lagerfeld x Steiff Teddy Bear

Rumors have been floating around for a bit and now we can finally show you first images of the Karl Lagerfeld x Steiff teddy bear, turning famous designer Lagerfeld into a plush toy.

"When the famous toy brand, Margarete Steiff, allows itself to produce the first ever "couture" teddy bear, it ’s with the master of today’s luxury Karl Lagerfeld. A unique and unusual collaboration that shows us, one more time, how Lagerfeld is always on the avant garde. Steiff keeps on the innovation and brings you the first teddy bear made for older kids." Via Colette.

The teddy bear comes wearing the famous black suit and sunglasses, an outfit by the designer that one got used to over the years. And of course the famous button in the ear, that all Steiff plush toys carry, is also present. You can expect this to be a collectors item. We will soon be able to tell you more about the release.

***Update: Alright, we got some more info on the release now. The Karl Lagerfeld Teddy Bear by Steiff, will be released in September at Neiman Marcus in New York and will go for above 1400 USD a piece.***

After the jump a couple more images of the teddy bear and Karl Lagerfeld’s drawings of it.
