In an interesting project French designer Philippe Starck got together with Intersection Magazine to build a soapbox car. The car comes without engine, without steering and without brakes and as you can imagine, looks beautiful. Thankfully they provide a video with the presentation of the car, so that one gets a better idea of how it all works.

This association inaugurated by the beginning of a long collaboration between the designer and the German company. Dedon was created in 1990 by professional soccer player from Bayern Munich, Bobby Dekeyse and combines modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. When Russians spend, they spend. “Philippe Starck designed Motor Yacht A with Martin Francis for Russian billionaire  Andrey Melnichenko. Built by Blohm+ Voss,  Motor Yacht A is 119 meters long and weighs approximately 5500 tonnes. Reminiscent of a submarine warship the mega yacht’s name is a tribute to Andrey Melnichenko and his wife Serbian fashion model Aleksandra Nikolic. (designboom)
