Flying Junction gives a knod to HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire” with a new series of street prints inspired by the 20’s and Atlantic City. They’re designed in the historic style of classic New York subway cars from the 1900’s. Familar names line the three new prints. Available in multiple sizes at Flying Junction’s online shop.

Emigre magazine, which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, has decided to mark this milestone in an intriguing and unique manner. Making expert use of their archives, they’ve created ten digital collages of their covers which are available to buy from them. While the price is certainly hefty ($1,000 a pop) it’s a great piece of art for the man who has more than a few extra coins in his pocket. (Emigre)

Liberty of London have been putting their liberty prints on everything from Steven Alan ties to Nike trainers and in their blog, they explain the reasoning behind their new liberty prints. In the post, they also explain how some of the prints came about, in addition to showing a genuine fabric board from 1960 (pictured above).

Rare photographic prints of musicians like Siouxsie Sioux and Paul Weller are hard to come by these days, so it’s nice to see that Paul Smith has started to offer prints by photographer Kevin Cummins. Cummins rose to fame during the late seventies, being NME’s chief photographer for ten years. In addition to the artists mentioned above, there are also pictures of Mick Jagger, The Sex Pistols and Marc Bolan. Check out the full collection here.

Taken from their latest photo shoot shot during late season training in the Swiss Alps, Rapha presents a collection of twelve prints by Ben Ingham, which capture glimpses of the “glory and suffering” of road racing. Paul Smith hosts the work of British artist Richard Woods in their Tokyo gallery, SPACE. “Woods is renowned for manipulating existing architectural spaces to create entirely new rooms. Using traditional wood block printmaking techniques on plywood and household gloss finishes, he covers spaces to create a new surrounding that is un-expected and entirely new.”  The “Wood Show” exhibit consists of wood block prints which follow a theme around “logos” which Mr. Woods first showcased in London back in 2000. Ten logo prints are available in editions of 25 for the SPACE Gallery exhibit. You can find them now online at Paul Smith. The “Wood Show” runs through November 30th at the Paul Smith SPACE Gallery in Tokyo.

Once again artist Takashi Murakami has released new prints of his works in the Honeyee store. This time, instead of his various cartoon characters, the prints feature his drawings of mens faces. As usual with a strong Japanese edge.

Once again KaiKai Limited has released a new series of Takashi Murakami prints. This time they dropped the “Creatures of Planet 66″ series, all in all a collection of 4 prints. They are all now available in the Honeyee Store.
