A slew of looks from the G-Star RAW Spring/Summer 2010 collection. The looks, which will be available through G-Star’s numerous outlets worldside offer a wide mix of men’s appropriate looks for the warm seasons. short denim complements blazers and shirts in a variety of colors and cuts.

While we’re at it, a reminder on G-Star’s hunt for runway reporters for this year’s New York Fashion Week. Through their site, nyfw-g-star.com, “reporters can put themselves forward for consideration and sign up with their social media account. The winners will be chosen by [the] public; the writer, photographer or film maker with the most votes wins…” Get on it people.

The magic words in denim seem to revolve around the following three: “japan,” “selvedge,” and “wash.” For some reason Oliver Spencer uses none of them to describe their new addition, the UK made, “Oli’s Jean.” “Oli’s jean” is a straight-fit, everyday jean that has been cold washed after production for a less rigid look and a more comfortable handle – they are of course made in England. You can even choose between a classic contrast stitch or a more subdued, tonal stitch.” I guess “raw” would be a fourth, but who’s counting at the moment.
