We reported extensively about the new Hoods Store in Hong Kong, serving as the flagship store for Neighborhood and WTAPS. I had a chance to visit the store a couple weeks ago. It is a great raw 3 story space. Hand made signs have been created by the artist NUTS and the exterior of the store was inspired by a bomber plane. Just a tip: watch your head when walking up to the 3rd floor. Some shots of the interior of the store are after the jump. 

WATM turns us onto another new boutique this time up in Vancouver. Roden Gray is a new addition to the BC landscape already a great destination for shopping.

The original store of 10 Corso Como in Milan has now been operating for over 10 years and to date does not have a website. The ew Seoul location will open in March and already has a website up and running.

Make sure to keep an eye on it, as soon there will be more pictures up and a lot more information on the new store.

The Comme des Garcons Guerilla Store L.A. opened its doors this weekend. Another hot retail spot for the city, where a lot has been happening in the past months in terms of stores already.

The new store is just like most of these guerilla stores around the globe, very raw in terms of design, minimal and nothing like any other store in its surroundings. On your next L.A. trip, make sure to stop by.

Here some interesting news via Designboom, that Milan based concept store 10 Corso Como will be opening a second location in Seoul. The new location will be opening its doors in March 2008. Up until now, they only had one location in Milan since 1991, housing a store, hotel, book shop, gallery and restaurant. Above you see a first shot of the exterior of the new store!

New York already has one of the nicest A.P.C. stores in Soho, and now luckily they got another one, A.P.C. Surplus. The new store, located in Williamsburg, will be carrying will be acting as an outlet and will also carry special vintage one-offs, making it definitely a store to check out once in a while. The MOMA stores in NYC have always been special and an adventure to lurk through. On every trip to the big Apple its a must see, because most likely you will come across the most interesting new design objects from around the globe. The mix is what really makes it special in the end. Because they carry both the big shot designers, and somebody totally unknown that just had a good idea.

After operating 3 stores in New York, they have now finally expanded outside the US and opened their first overseas store. Where else but Tokyo could it have been (via The Japan Times). Apparently its a collaboration with electronics brand Sanyo.

We are happy to see this happening, it gives us hope, that Europe will maybe also get one any time soon!

Here some exciting news. Alife NYC continues their expansion and after only recently opening their Los Angeles flagship store, have now the first flagship in Asia coming. Where else, but in Harajuku Japan could it be.

This coming Saturday, December 22nd, the new Alife TYO store will officially open its doors and carry the Alife apparel and footwear collections, collaborations and also footwear by Asics, Puma and Timberland. Via Honeyee.
