We’re Arsenal fans here, so putting up this Nike video (even with two our best players due to leave) was a prerequisite. Now we can only hope that we can look as good over a season as we do in a three minute video.

Stephen Fry’s beloved Norwich City Canaries will enter the Premier League dressed in Italian “created” kits from Errea. It’s traditional fare for the club, yellow for home and green for away, but was launched via this charming promotional video. We’re hoping Fry, who is also a club director, had a hand in the idea.

Starting off on an unrelated tangent here: We absolutely despise the band namesake of Kaizer Chiefs. And now, back to the story at hand. We assume you’ve recovered from the Camo monstrosity we showed you earlier. Now here’s another kit that seems to take from a current menswear trend in contrast sleeves. And in sharp contrast (excuse the pun) to the camo kit from before, we quite like this one.

Hoping for more courage outside of South London than David Haye produced over the weekend, Millwall FC (the boxer’s favorite side) revealed the club’s 2011/2012 away kit today. A new sponsor, Racing, clutters an otherwise simple white strip with blue accents to collar and sleeve. The teams clobber for matches at the Den will be announced later in the week.

Despite the fight on the weekend being like every Klitschko fight in recent history, there was one first – the unveiling of the new England away kit. Haye wore it on the way to the ring and we can safely say that it was the most exciting part of the night (bar the Ola Afolabi first round KO).

Celebrating 125 years, club tradition is evident in Arsenal’s 2011/2012 away kit. The front of the shirt is divided into two halves, navy blue and turquoise blue, inspired by past away uniforms. The kit features the same bespoke crest (marking the anniversary year) as the home shirt, and with the addition of a diagonal line of the shirt front – reference to Dial Square Sundial at the Arsenal munitions factory in Woolwich, where the Club was conceived in 1886 – there’s ample heritage packed in the top. With celebratory tone, the kit also looks forward… Arsenal’s 2011/2012 away kit continuing Nike’s push for the most environmentally-friendly athletic apparel.

Rangers enters the 2011/2012 Scottish Premier League campaign with new kits for both home and away fixtures. Both are simple and in keeping with the club’s traditional tops. Red for away, as pictured above, and blue at home.

Let’s take a break from the deluge of new collections. Instead, let’s look at the new Swansea kit. They’ve celebrated their promotion to the Premier league by way of teaming with adidas (although no one’s told them that you don’t spell adidas with a  capital a) and making a kit that’s, shall we say, a little less aesthetically pleasing than their previous one.
