SUPER wraps their flat tops in leather for Autumn 2010. The ZEISS lens based Italo made frames are now available with a secondary treatment which full engulfs the sunglasses. With three leather shades to choose from, you have options. I’m sure some will buy all three to ensure maximum compatibility.

Milano’s lords of eyewear, SUPER drop their new “Lucia” style for Spring 2010. The  half frame sunglasses feature round shapes lenses in havana black, black, ivory, while providing the security of premium Zeiss lenses and Italian manufacturing that will keep them on your face for years of wear.

The guys behind Milan’s SUPER line are arguably some of the nicest players in the business. We know, for a fact that they enjoy their work maybe more than anyone we’ve met on the road. A slew of new frames are being shown by Super at Bread & Butter Berlin this week. We profile three new styles which should be ready for the Spring. The Italian frame maker moves further in merging their unique handmade builds against more classic shapes while refining them as only Super can.

When we source from the Japanese web players we usually pull out some exclusive Western made goods available from these Eastern outlets. This time we put the spotlight on a pair of super buck shoes from Hiroshi Tsubouchi. They come from his Spring/Summer 2009 collection and feature a prominent blue shade against the classic buck form. Our mother site, Highsnobiety.com, worked together with Italian sunglass brand Super on a banger of a collaboration. The Highsnobiety for Super glasses have been given a classic 1940’s Hollywood look. Two styles were produced – one featuring dark glass and the other clear. The lenses in both are made by Zeiss and provide 100% UV protection. Each model comes in an edition of 50. All sunglasses are individually numbered and feature a tonal Highsnobiety logo on the arms.

The Super For Highsnobiety sunglasses will be released tomorrow at 10 Corso Como (Milan), United Arrows (Tokyo), The Reed Space (New York), Fred Segal (Los Angeles) and other high end retail outlets around the globe. We’re more than excited with the outcome of this project and you can be sure Selectism will receive similar treatments soon enough.

After a small hint a couple of weeks ago, we can give you a nice look today at the upcoming Barneys NY Coop x Super sunglass collaboration.

The Italian brand worked with Barneys on their latest model, which was only introduced this Fall/Winter season. It comes with a thicker frame than previous models and has a certain vintage look to itself. The Barneys model comes in blue, features silver detailing on the inside. Limited to 100 pieces worldwide, the glasses will be released any day now.

SUPER is revealing their Fall line. They are known for their classic over-sized wayfarer style, and are all manufactured in Italy with hand-made acetate and Carl Zeiss lenses. The upcoming 2008 Fall collection sticks to the wayfarer style with their own added twists and a variety of bright colors. They are subtly evolving the look they launched with in a way that really freshens a familiar look. (via hypebeast)

Italy’s Super is back with some nice new styles on their Wayfarer. This time the brand introduces the "24K Gold Lenses" on a black and a white frame. An 80’s classic now back, hand-made in Italy and of course with Zeiss lenses.

Caliroots will be releasing them tomorrow, July 24th, at 12pm CET.
