Le Mans baby! Here’s a banger from Baselworld 2009. TAG Heuer is celebrating 40 years of the Monaco model with this Twenty Four Concept Chronograph Anniversary piece. The square face is a simple killer. “The large-faced, black-textured dial bears an oversize “24″ at 12 o’clock, in honour of the 24 of Le Mans, and the iconic blue and orange livery of Gulf Oil – the same colours TAG Heuer Ambassador Steve McQueen wore in his 1970 film classic, Le Mans.” Provide, please. (via timezone)

LVMH’s Tag Heuer is bringing their finest into the dash of a K.O.7 Spider. "The first GT car bearing the label of celebrated designer Ken Kiyoyuki Okuyama [made] its debut at the 78th Geneva Auto Show. The famous Japanese designer has teamed up with TAG Heuer to integrate two Grand Carrera Calibre Chronographs in the dashboard his revolutionary K.O.7 Spider, a perfect match with the avant-garde design, technology and engineering of this new high-performance and eco-compatible GT car."

TAG Heuer’s newest model, the SLR Laptimer Chronograph, is housed in a 47mm case and features TAG’s patented "Calibre S: Electro-Mechanical Chronograph" movement. 2smaller stop clocks are also housed in the Laptimer: a 1/10 and a 1/100th of a second timers. The SLR Laptimer Chronograph shoudl be available in October. Get physical.
