Luxury phones could very well be labeled a dime a dozen. But the new MERIDIIST Phone by TAG Heuer takes things to some serious new levels of build and quality. The MERIDIIST Phone borrows the best features from TAG’s premium timepieces:  an un-scratchable 60.5 carats sapphire crystal dual displays, corrosion-resistant, watch making 316L steel, 28 days of power reserve… and its topped off with a front view independent time unit.

UTS Watches of Munich, like most small watch manufacturers, has a controlled yearly output – in the ballpark of 200 or less. The simple reason is because only one man assembles and tests UTS watches. His name is Nicolaus Spinner. Mr Spinner does it all – from designing, to engineering, to assembly. Clearly when you buy a UTS timepiece you are taking comfort in knowing that Mr. Spinner built the machine.

Their latest offering, the UTS Stealth PVD Diver, is bomb like. The features are simple and striking. The engine, an automatic ETA caliber 2824-2 movement, is housed in  black PVD coated case stainless steel that is fabricated from a solid block of stainless steel. The UT Stealth PVD Diver is as simple as that.

Germany’s FC Bayern Munich has always been on my radar but it wasnt until what’s his face moved to Chelsea did i really begin to give notice this Bundesliga powerhouse (they’re tied at the top of the bracket as of this weekend).

Well not we have another reason to watch the clock. Swiss watch manufacturer,  Ebel and FC Bayern Munich have teamed on the Calibre 245, a chrono named for its over-sized 45 minute counter; allowing you to keep eyes not only on the field but your own clock. Expect a limited edition version of the Caliber to be released in October with the club’s insignia crowned on the piece.

This project is the launch off to Ebel being named the official time partner of FC Bayern Munich.

Another absolute salary killer. Chanel by Audemars Piguet. Its part of Chanel’s J12 Collection. What can be said that cannot be seen: a 42mm case in traditional ceramic and 18kt yellow gold, gold buckling, and the crystal and display back are sapphire. Lets not forget a 60hour reserve, and 22kt gold rotors. This is a monster of a timepiece.
