MAN is a collaboration between Topman and Fashion East to produce a show during London Fashion Week. A panel of leading industry experts select 3 new or exciting menswear designers per Season who then showcase their collection alongside the Topman Design premium label.

Designers selected for the MAN show in London next September are James Long, Hans Madsen, Christopher Shannon, TOPMAN DESIGN of course and Andrea Crews. Starting June 22nd, Colette releases an exclusive and limited edition t-shirt and cotton bag kit with each of the participants.

London’s Topman shop has tapped menswear labels Material Boy and MJÖLK to design a capsule collection for the Lens Project which launched in February. The Spring/Summer 2008 collection for Lens offers two viewpoints in fashion. Material Boy’s Mic Eaton collection for Lens “is an eclectic mix of over sized leisurewear and printed hoodies, cut away panel t-shirts, skinny cotton lycra trousers and pleat front tennis shorts” while the mojik collection “for Topman has a utilitarian feel interspersed with bursts of colour, whilst always maintaining a simple and tailored aesthetic that is fluently cool” (via Purestcut).
