For the third season in a row, Yves Saint-Laurent presents their Manifesto, this year featuring Naomi Campbell. Half a million copies of the manifesto will be distributed in Paris, London, New York, Milan, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

This year the manifesto will come in a limited edition cotton tote bag, featuring on one side the YSL logo and on the other side the "Manifesto A/W 08-09" print.

This coming Saturday, September 6th, 5000 manifestos will be given out at secret locations in each of the above mentioned cities. Good luck! Images via Dazed Digital.

Rogues Gallery of Portland, Maine may be famous for producing some of the best sail based leather shoes and boots on the market, but what we really like is their focus and celebration of the New England fishing and maritime heritage that surround them in their home city.

About 5 years ago I bought my first Mulberry leather agenda and to date I still use it every day and cannot imagine using anything else. But at the time, an agenda was also the only thing I wanted from Mulberry.

In the meantime the brand has evolved and offers a womens collection, mens collection, as well as a large accessories collection. Today I took a look at some upcoming styles of the brand and I was pleasantly surprised.

Especially the distressed tote bags of the Fall/Winter 2008 collection look great. In case you pass by one of their flagships, make sure to go in and also have a look at the ready-to-wear collection, because that is looking pretty good too.

We could not pass up posting this new Face Tote Bag from Diet Butcher when we spotted it over on Blackbird. "Heavy canvas tote with one main compartment and one outer zip pocket, pocket bag can hang out of the pocket to act as a tongue to the "face", pocket is made from a custom irregularly." The Blackbird staff had well enough to play with the description on this one and passed. We still love them.

As reported by us the last edition of Interview Magazine had Marc Jacobs in Warhol looks on the cover. Also Marc Jacobs released a t-shirt with the magazine cover and was recently interviewed by Charlie Rose on this collaboration.

Now they also released under the Marc By Marc Jacobs label a limited edition "Interview Magazine" tote bag. 100% of the proceeds go to the Andy Warhol Museum Pittsburgh.

R29 gives a look into Bryan Bowie’s handmade totes. French brand A.P.C., known for its simplistic approach, has gotten together with Porter from Japan to work on some pieces. For men they worked on some wallets in three colorways and for women they created a tote bag. Both pieces have the same simplistic approach that we learned to love in the brand and nothing distracts from the basic functionality of the items.

Two of our favorite Japenese labels have recently collaborated again. After already collaborating this season on the Hockney boat shoe, Sophnet and Visvim get together another time and present the Black & White collection.

The collection consists of the Logan Hi, coming in two colorways and with a zipper on the side. Also they worked on some studded belts in black and white and on the Homer Tote bag, which comes with an all-over embroidery consisting of the two logos of the brands.

The collection will soon be released in Sophnet stores. Have a closer look at all pieces now after the jump.

A few pieces out of a Porter x Levi’s collaboration collection have been released now. The collection comes in blue washed denim and features a white Porter tag with red levi’s tag on the front. For now they released the Boston bag, tote bag and also the backpack. All available now here.
