Germany’s FC Bayern Munich has always been on my radar but it wasnt until what’s his face moved to Chelsea did i really begin to give notice this Bundesliga powerhouse (they’re tied at the top of the bracket as of this weekend).

Well not we have another reason to watch the clock. Swiss watch manufacturer,  Ebel and FC Bayern Munich have teamed on the Calibre 245, a chrono named for its over-sized 45 minute counter; allowing you to keep eyes not only on the field but your own clock. Expect a limited edition version of the Caliber to be released in October with the club’s insignia crowned on the piece.

This project is the launch off to Ebel being named the official time partner of FC Bayern Munich.

Another absolute salary killer. Chanel by Audemars Piguet. Its part of Chanel’s J12 Collection. What can be said that cannot be seen: a 42mm case in traditional ceramic and 18kt yellow gold, gold buckling, and the crystal and display back are sapphire. Lets not forget a 60hour reserve, and 22kt gold rotors. This is a monster of a timepiece.

Has it already been 10 years since Hong Kong was re-unified with China?

As part of the “9707″ Project to highlight the achievements and development of Hong Kong’s design industry since re-unification, the Hong Kong Design Centre collaborated with 10 artists and brands to produce 10 “superb” quality items, including this watch by Michael Young.

The UK designer worked with HK’s O.D.M. Watch Company on the “Euclide” named after “Euclidean who developed early theories to understand space and time.”

The brand has created a strong following over the years, by constantly pushing boundaries and collaborating with the right people on the right products. To celebrate their 10th anniversary, they got together with Wired h, the Seiko sub-brand, that make radio controlled solar powered watches, that we presented to you several times already. The 10th anniversary edition comes with a special leather bracelet and also has “Silas 10th anniversary” written over the dial.
